What many don’t know is that these apartments occupy what was once Grandma Elvira’s house, a place filled with memories and moments that, over time, has been reborn as a space for new moments and new stories. The essence of that house is still alive in every corner, and it can be felt in the warmth of the details that have been carefully preserved.

Today, it is Elena, the third generation, who continues this legacy. After studying journalism in Salamanca and specializing in Fashion Communication in Madrid, she decided to step beyond the known. Her thirst for learning and new experiences led her to Australia, Italy, and the United States, embarking on solo journeys, exploring cultures, and connecting with people.

After seven years, Elena made a career shift and returned to her roots in San Feliz. With a renewed vision and a balance between rural life and connection to the city, she decided to take the reins of the family business.

Now, Espacio Rural San Feliz remains a refuge where tradition meets modernity, never losing the essence of its origins.
